My gel capsule product is stuck/melted together, why?

We suggest that you keep your products stored in a cool dry place at room temperature or less. Normally between 68-77 degrees Fahrenheit or 20-25 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing gel capsule products in areas that may be exposed to heat or direct sunlight.
