My powdered mix product has become hard or solidified, why?

At times this may occur if moisture is introduced or has made its way into the product container. We recommend that the product be properly closed/sealed after each and every use in its original container.

It is not recommended that a wet/damp spoon be re-introduced into the product container during preparation as this practice may introduce moisture and affect the consistency of the product.
