My powdered mix product has changed in consistency, why?

We suggest that you keep your products stored in a cool dry place at room temperature or less. Normally between 68-77 degrees Fahrenheit or 20-25 degrees Celsius. Products should also be kept in their original containers and be sealed completely when stored.
